Master Mixes One of the great time savers I have found are "Master Mixes". Bisquick is a Master Mix that is available commercially. These master mixes are made in large quantities and then used up batch by batch. Quick Mix and ABC Muffin Mix are 2 of my favorite Master Mixes.
